About Duel Review Hub

Who we are, how we make money, and why our ratings can be trusted.

We may receive a commission for purchases made through affiliate links on this site. Our ratings and opinions remain independent.

What this site is

Duel Review Hub is an independent editorial project covering Duel.com. We are not Duel. We are not employees, contractors, or representatives of Immortal Snail LLC, Ossi Ketola, or anyone connected to the operator. Our role is to test the product, verify the operator's claims, and publish what we find.

We launched this site in 2026 because the Duel.com category was full of two kinds of content: shallow shilling and brand impersonation. Neither helps a player decide whether to deposit. We aim for a third option, long-form, fact-checked, sourced, and explicit about where we disagree with Duel's own marketing.

How we review

Every published claim about Duel.com on this site comes from one of three sources, identified inline:

  • Hands-on testing, we deposit real cryptocurrency, play real money, and request real withdrawals. Test results are dated and replicable.
  • Operator-published documentation, Duel's terms of service, FAQ, knowledge base at docs.duel.win, and public marketing pages.
  • Third-party sources, Casino.Guru safety reports, Trustpilot review aggregates, AskGamblers complaints, and reputable industry coverage (Tokenist, Strafe, Win.gg, Casino.org).

Each fact-heavy page includes a "Last verified" date. When Duel changes something material, licence renewal, restricted-country update, new promo code, we update the affected pages within 7 days and bump the verification date.

How we make money, and why it doesn't bias ratings

This site earns commission when readers click through our affiliate links and sign up at Duel.com. That is a real financial relationship and we disclose it on every page that links out.

What this does NOT do:

  • Change our rating. The 4.3/5 score is what we'd publish if Duel paid us zero.
  • Suppress negative findings. The "Cons" section of our review lists eight real weaknesses. Read them.
  • Compromise our advice on restricted countries. If you live in a place Duel doesn't accept, we tell you. We do not show workarounds.

What this does do: it funds the testing, we couldn't fund deposit-and-withdraw cycles, monitor SERPs, hire native-language editors for our other locales, or maintain the live withdrawal-speed log without affiliate income. We think that's a fair trade as long as it stays disclosed.

If you want to understand the affiliate economics in more detail (RevShare model, weekly payouts, how this funds editorial), see our breakdown of the Duel.com affiliate program.

What we won't do

  • Recommend Duel.com to players in restricted jurisdictions.
  • Hide complaints, especially the two unresolved cases on Casino.Guru.
  • Inflate the welcome bonus narrative, Duel has none, period.
  • Quote Duel's own marketing verbatim. Every claim gets tested.
  • Pretend to be Duel. We have seen sites that do this and we think it's a player-protection problem.

Editorial team

Our team profiles, contact details, and credentials are listed on the contact page. Real names, real photos, real LinkedIn, we are public about who is writing.

Contact, corrections & complaints

If you find a factual error on this site, write to us: we will correct it and publish the change date. For complaints about Duel.com itself we recommend contacting Casino.Guru's complaints team first, they have a working process and Duel responds to them.
